Heya all,
I have been invited to beta test a new product to provide instant remote assistance and support for Microsoft Windows Computers (i.e. that does not require a software installation for the client in order to be able to use). And I am looking to give this a good thorough trial and even do a review of it on Geeky Habitat.
However in order to do this I need to find some people that either have a computer question, have a computer problem or other issue that they believe I may be able to assist with by using a remote computer support session to their computer.
As a note the way the support system operates is you must initiate contact to me with a code I provide. After that you may terminate the connection at any time and you can see everything that I am doing.
I would love to be able to try this product and also assist a few of my readers with problems that they are facing. If you would like assistance with something please either leave a comment here or if you would like contact me via my contact form and we will see if we can organise an appropriate time. Of course I will not be able to follow up on everyone’s request either due to a lack of knowledge in the area of question or due to time limitations but I will sure try and answer any questions I can for you or fix any other problems.
